What is BitFrog? Is it an exchange?
BitFrog is a professional-grade cryptocurrency broker platform connected to major exchanges through APIs, offering trade rebates, live copy trading, trade funding, market data and signal alerts and more. Your trades are executed on the exchanges you bind, such as Binance, OKX, Bybit and Bitget. BitFrog does not match trades and is not the counterparty.
Where are my funds when I use BitFrog?
Your funds always remain in your linked exchange accounts. BitFrog never holds, touches or custody user funds and only executes trading instructions through authorized exchange APIs. Deposits, withdrawals, balances and PnL can all be viewed in real time on the official exchange interface.
What does binding an API mean? Can BitFrog move my funds?
Binding an API means creating a set of authorized API keys on your exchange to allow BitFrog to place trading orders on your behalf. - API permissions are limited to trading only - Withdrawals and transfers are not supported - You can disable or delete it anytime from the exchange backend Therefore, BitFrog cannot move your funds, and you always keep full control of your funds.
